Simon originally trained as a massage therapist back in 1999 in London, but recently spent 8 years practising in Australia, where he qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist.. He particularly likes the remedial approach to massage because it adds goals around reducing pain or increasing mobility to the more holistic techniques of a traditional relaxing massage. He is particularly interested in working with people who experience regular migraines or tension headaches, as each person’s story is unique and the relief can be immense if the frequency or intensity can be reduced.
